Devin Oldman or Noo'oo'keet (Walks Out of Water), is an enrolled member of the Northern Arapaho Tribe residing on the Wind River Indian Reservation in Wyoming. He has worked years advocating for the Bison reintroduction on the Wind River Indian Reservation. Utilizing various federal laws and acts, he has advocated on both a regional and national level for the conservation, restoration, and preservation of both cultural and natural resources within tribal, federal, state and private lands. He currently serves as a treaty consultant moving to restore his Nations treaty rights in conjunction with the United States Constitution.
